Mayan Prasad is an Advocate with over ten years of experience practising across various judicial forums in New Delhi. He holds a BLS-LLB degree from Government Law College, University of Mumbai, where he was awarded the Jal. H.A. Vakil Memorial Trophy for achieving the highest aggregate marks and received the Best Student Award for three consecutive years. He commenced practice under the guidance of Shri J.P. Cama, Senior Advocate, and has since developed a focused practice in labour and service law, constitutional matters, mines and minerals, arbitration, and insolvency law. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and NCLAT, and has been involved in significant insolvency proceedings including the Jet Airways matter. Sushil Kumar

Sushil Kumar is a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer who served as Secretary to the Government of India across the Ministry of Mines and the National Commissions for OBCs and Scheduled Castes. Over a distinguished career spanning thirty-seven years, he held leadership positions including Secretary of ICAR, Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, and Collector and District Magistrate of West Tripura. He has also served as Assistant Country Director of UNDP India and as international staff with WHO/SEARO. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Delhi, an MPhil from Punjab University, and a Diploma in French from Alliance Française de Delhi. He has served as a non-judicial Member of the Appellate Authority under CA, CS, and CMA laws, and as Chairman of a Supreme Court-directed Committee on empowerment of women in Panchayati Raj Institutions. He is presently practising as an Advocate before the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court, is empanelled as an arbitrator with the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, and serves as a conciliator with Oil India Limited. He is also a published author with works on public policy and international affairs.

Mr. Mishra has also held leadership roles as Chairman, Managing Director, and Chief Executive in several public sector organisations including the National Small Industries Corporation, infrastructure finance institutions, and development authorities. His expertise extends to infrastructure development, banking and finance, natural resource management, and public policy. Mr. Mishra brings deep insight into governance frameworks, dispute resolution, and strategic policy implementation that supports the firm’s advisory and dispute resolution practice.
